Meeting Participation – Attendance at IEP, 504, and parent–teacher meetings to advocate for and support the student’s individual needs.
Collaborative Problem-Solving – Ongoing communication and partnership with educators, counselors, and support staff to create effective strategies.
Behavior Intervention Planning – Development, implementation, and monitoring of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to each student’s goals and environment.
Classroom Observation & Support Planning – Direct observation and collaboration to identify strengths, challenges, and actionable next steps for success.
Advocating
Guidance and representation for families in IEP and 504 meetings. Focused on helping parents understand their rights and ensuring every student’s voice is heard, valued, and supported.
